At Melissa Odabash, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury swimwear and beachwear. If your purchase is not quite right, you can return or exchange items within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all designer tags, branded pouches, and hygiene strips remain attached.

Attach the Label

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery stickers.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your parcel at an authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of arrival.
